The County Engineers Association of Ohio (CEAO) welcomes you back September 23-24, 2024 to our annual Ohio GIS Conference™ held at the Hilton Columbus/Polaris Hotel. Pre-Conference activties on Sunday, September 22nd are also in the works!
While this is primarily an Ohio focused conference, we welcome anyone from the US to participate. If you are interested in the GIS, engineering, education or surveying community. Come benefit from the informative workshops, sessions and opportunities to network with peers. Take advantage of this two-day opportunity to learn from industry experts and influencers, to gather for education, dynamic speakers, knowledge sharing and networking with the largest meeting of federal, State, Local and Private Industry GIS Professionals, Developers and partners in Ohio.

2024 Cliff Lovin Scholarship for Ohio Geography and Engineering Students
Now Accepting Applications
Woolpert, in collaboration with the County Engineers Association of Ohio (CEAO), is pleased to announce that they are once again offering the Cliff Lovin Scholarship for geography or engineering students attending universities in the State of Ohio. The $1,000 scholarship aims to bolster the geospatial industry by supporting students interested in careers related to this field.
The scholarship will be awarded to an undergraduate student with a major in geography or engineering who is currently enrolled at a university located in Ohio. The scholarship will be paid directly to the student’s university.
Interested applicants must complete this form and email a recent transcript to Amy Lowe alowe@ceao.org by August 23, 2024.
The winning student will be notified by a CEAO staff member following the Scholarship Committee’s meeting. The recipient will be invited to meet staff from Woolpert and be recognized during the Awards Luncheon during the Ohio GIS Conference, which takes place on September 23-24, 2024, at the Hilton Polaris/Columbus, located at 8700 Lyra Drive, Columbus, OH 43240.

The Ohio GIS Conference™ is now accepting presentation abstracts! Please submit by June 3, 2024.
Please complete the form below to submit your presentation ideas. Our Program is created by the abstracts we receive! The better the speakers and topics the better the conference!
Our Selection Committee will be meeting in June to choose speakers and develop the Program Agenda. If you are selected as a presenter, we will notify you via email by June 28th. This is an in-person-only conference and you will be asked to register as a speaker to attend.
